The Invoices tab on your CostCuts dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your monthly charges and savings, keeping all your software expenses organized and easy to track.
Each invoice includes the following details:
Month: The billing period for your software charges.
Original Amount: The vendor’s original pricing for the products you use.
CostCuts Savings: The total amount saved through CostCuts’ negotiated discounts and pricing models.
Credits Applied: Any credits or adjustments applied to your account, ensuring you only pay for what you actually use.
Amounts Due: The final amount you owe after applying savings and credits.
Status: The current status of your payment, such as "Pending," "Unpaid," "Paid," or "Cancelled."
Invoices provide a detailed breakdown of charges and savings across all your software products, including platforms like Rippling, MongoDB, and Stripe. The dashboard also displays Lifetime Savings, showing the total amount CostCuts has saved you since joining the platform.
